Had a great time with friends exploring this charming spot. We enjoyed a delightful dinner and the warm hospitality of the staff. The rooms were cozy, and the swimming pool was a nice perk. Definitely try the breakfast. it’s a great way to start your day!
Initially, the reception was a bit off. We were supposed to have adjacent rooms but ended up separated. It wasn’t a huge deal since the stay improved after that.

Had a lovely stay with my family! The kids enjoyed the relaxing garden area and the outdoor pool, while we appreciated the cozy family room. Just a heads up, the breakfast options could be more varied if you're there for longer, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊

I stayed in the Deluxe Suite and it was super comfy. The bed was nice and soft, perfect for a good night's sleep. The room was clean and tidy, really felt warm and inviting. Plus, there was a great shower! Only downside was it felt a bit full with furniture, but that didn’t really bother me too much.

Beautiful location near Jurassic Coast.
Our room reeked of dampness, making it uncomfortable. The mattress felt worn out and was quite noisy, disrupting our sleep. the bathroom facilities were cramped and did not meet our expectations for cleanliness and comfort.

good stay but could be improved
The staff was exceptionally accommodating when we needed sandwiches for our early start. The garden view from our room added a refreshing touch to our experience.
The amenities could use some updating.

we loved our stay at the poachers inn! the room was super comfy and clean, and the breakfast was just amazin with a full english and lots of fruit. dinner was delish too, really enjoyed it. sarah and her team were so friendly and helpful, made us feel right at home. the outdoor pool looked great, wish we had time to use it!
only a couple of small things, the shower could use a shelf for shampoo and there was a bright alarm light at night that was a bit annoying.
